orthayu pitta and joint pain

There are three doshas i.e. Vata, Pitta and Kapha in our body, on the basis of which the nature of a person is determined. The nature of the individual has been given special importance in Ayurveda and many systems of medicine.

Pitta means heat and Pitta is the element of both fire and water. Pitta is hot, oily, liquid and flowing. Pitta controls our digestion, maintains body temperature, has an effect on skin tone, intellect and emotions. Due to imbalance in Pitta, a person becomes physically and emotionally unwell.

Increased Vata is responsible for pain in the body. If Kapha is increasing in the body then there will be problems like obesity, diabetes, hypothyroid, if Pitta is increasing in the body then there may be problems related to inflammation, allergies etc. But the most responsible for joint pain is the pitta dosha of the body. Therefore, to reduce joint pain, there is a need to remove extra vata from the body. It also includes anxiety and stress as it can also increase the vata dosha in the body.
